TECNA, market leader in the production of balancers, has implemented significant improvements to its models 9320 to 9350 and 9320NY to 9350NY. These upgrades are the result of a continuous process of research and development, especially with regards to packaging and safety features.
AXIAL MOUNTING CIRCLIP
An axial mounting circlip has been added to the front part of the balancers, ensuring greater resistance to impact.
SCREW LOCK SYSTEM
The pin at the back of the balancer has been modified in order to allow for re-beating. It is a simple, yet effective screw lock system that guarantees a high level of reliability of the balancers, even in case of persistent vibrations or use in heavy-duty environments.
NEW ADJUSTMENT BUSHING
In order to protect the balancer from potential damages caused by an incorrect spring unloading, the adjustment bushing has been entirely redesigned. In the new models, the unloading phase is actionable only by using the specific lever, while for the charging phase a spanner can be used.
SAFETY CAP
When the balancer is moved on rails, collision with other objects may occur. The new red protection cap of the circlip and central pin is able to absorb impact and provide information on the state of the balancer.
PACKAGING
The stronger structure of the packaging, together with an improved storage space, guarantees an optimal protection against impact and harsh transportation.
