TE95 is a microprocessor welding control unit designed for cable resistance welders for car body shops. Differently from a standard control unit, TE 95 carries out two different working cycles for gun and multifunction gun; moreover, the multifunction gun working cycle is equipped with the sheets heating function. The TE 95 can be used for welders with both pneumatic and hand-operated gun.

MAIN FEATURES

  • Synchronous thyristor drive with phase shift control for welding current adjustment.

  • Simplified programming by means of four buttons.

  • Adjustment of first phase shift delay to obtain the best balance of machine line current.

  • Control of solenoid valve 24 Vdc 7,2 W Max with protected output against any short circuit.

  • Separate working cycles for gun and multifunction gun.

GUN WORKING CYCLE

  • Slope and pulse functions.

  • Secondary current compensation function for welding of oxidised sheets and rods.

  • Autoretain disabling for manually operated welders.

MULTIFUNCTION GUN WORKING CYCLE

  • Welding time and welding current adjustment independent from gun adjustments.
  • Sheets heating function.
