TECNA Overhead Cable Management systems are designed for High-Power Charging infrastructures where charging cables need to be safely and efficiently managed from above. Developed specifically for eBus and eTruck depots, the system keeps heavy charging cables suspended and readily accessible while helping maintain a clear and organised charging area.
The intuitive system combines manual cable pull-out with controlled low-speed retraction, making the charging connector easier to handle while reducing uncontrolled cable movement during rewinding. The solution supports CCS charging cables up to 500 A and cable lengths up to 9.5 metres.
The system combines a 9702OD Main Balancer with an Auxiliary Balancer selected according to the charging cable requirements. Both units are designed for indoor and outdoor applications and operate within a temperature range from -40°C to +60°C, making the system suitable for demanding depot environments and year-round charging operations.
The overhead cable management system is available in two complete, pre-configured kits, designed to accommodate different charging cable requirements. The MEDIUM kit (IB01320003) supports applications up to 380 A, while the HEAVY kit (IB01320004) is designed for 400 A and 500 A charging cables.
Each kit includes a 9702OD Main Balancer, a dedicated Auxiliary Balancer and a Pulling Rope, providing a complete overhead cable management solution for eBus and eTruck depots.
